There are two bedrooms with a double bed and two singles( with a third with an additional single bed accessed through the master bedroom) a family bathroom and an ensuite both with a shower cubicle, wc and wash basin. Outside, the property offers a decked area with electric grill and seating and a large grassed playing area for children. Island view also accepts two well behaved dogs so that the whole family can adventure out to explore this beautiful region of South Devon and dog friendly beaches.
