Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Good location, easy access from the highway, and secure parking.

Negative: Check-in took over 15 minutes. The staff didn’t seem well prepared and suggested I wait to see if hot water would come, even though it was late at night. The first two rooms had no hot water and the heating wasn’t working. After several room changes, the issue was finally resolved.
