The home has also been professionally cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival.
It's important that you know that the host still uses the apartment for work sometimes, so you will find his personal belongings in the kitchen and the main bedroom, however you are free to use the property as you like.

Fulham Broadway is a 15 minute walk away, in the area you'll find plenty of shops and cafes. If you would like more options, the famous Kings Rd is approx 20min walk with many popular and trendy restaurants, pubs and cafes.
Battersea Park is a lovely 30min walk along the Thames and if you have children Battersea Park also has one of the best adventure playgrounds in London.

The apartment is just across the square from Imperial Wharf overground station. There is a taxi rank just outside the apartment as well. Fulham Broadway on the district line is only a 15 minute walk away as well.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
