Summary: On arrival at 9pm, I had to wait 30mins for anyone to arrive at reception to gain access to my room. There was no way to contact anyone to request they attend reception. My room was on the first floor, compact, but clean. However the radiator was on full blast all night with no way to change the temperature. This resulted in a terrible night's sleep and headache in the morning. Altho the window opened, this lead to a ledge/balcony that ran the length of the building so I didn't feel it was safe to leave open overnight as I was on the first floor.
