Flora@Seabank is a beautifully decorated ground floor apartment close to the beach in Llansteffan. Tucked away behind our sister property Seabank, Flora offers comfortable and relaxing accommodation for two. Close to all the local amenities yet offering a private space to retreat to.
Greeted by your own private patio space, bifold doors take you into a modern living space with separate cosy bedroom one end and large shower room the other.
The space
From the shared driveway (we, the hosts live next door) a private gate will take you to Flora's private courtyard. Access into the property is up 2 small steps (approx 4")* and through bifold doors into a fully fitted kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, toaster, hob, oven & grill, under counter fridge with small freezer compartment, kettle and cafetierre.
A small dining area separates the open plan kitchen living area. The gap separating the kitchen and living area is approx 39" wide.
The living area comprises a 2-seater sofa which opens into a (small) double bed, footstool, occasional tables and wall mounted SmartTV on adjustable mount to allow viewing from either the sitting area or kitchen.
A sliding door leads into the compact bedroom. Door height approx 73", width 32". The space either side of the double bed is approx 15" on the nearer side and approx 10" on the further side. If preferable we can move the bed up against the wall to allow approx 25" on the nearer side. This will mean though that if there are 2 of you, one will have to "hop over." From the doorway into the other end of the bedroom the gap is approx 21".
This area of the bedroom has a wardrobe, 2 small chest of drawers, and mirror. In the wardrobe you will find a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. A clothes horse is tucked to the side of the wardrobe and the bedding for the sofa bed is under the main bed. Adjustable bedside lights with a choice of 3 settings complete the cosy atmosphere.
At the other end of the apartment is a spacious shower room. Dimensions as follows:

Lovely big shower, big enough for 2!, heated towel rail, WC, hand basin, electric shaving point and bathroom mirror.
The private courtyard offers 2 comfortable garden chairs with 2 cushioned stools, either to rest your feet upon or accommodate 2 more people. A small glass topped table completes the set. The comfy cushions for the furniture is stored in the garden box beneath the bedroom window. For dry but chillier days, there are some fleecey blankets in the sitting area footstool.
We provide a small welcome pack, hand soap, kitchen paper and foil, tea towel and hand towel, and in the bathroom - hand soap, hand towel, toilet paper, bathroom mat and bathroom towels. We do not provide beach towels and politely request that our guests bring their own and do not take our towels or blankets to the beach.
Guest access
One space in the shared driveway is allocated to Flora. The courtyard is for Flora guests only.
Other things to note
Pets, parties, smoking, BBQs and chimineas are not permitted at Flora.
Whilst the courtyard is private and solely for the use of Flora guests, we request that you keep noise to a minimum especially at night and respect the comfort of the neighbouring properties and occupants.
