Summary: Check out process was a complete mess, tried checking me in under a different name! Rooms are ok but nothing special for a high class hotel, no main light in the room, no fridge, tv is barely usable as no guide, no apps, no connection to it The worst part was only one lift working and queues were long! Average at best
