About the flat and room: This is a brand new flat, with lovely modern design, and a splendid balcony. The room is generous, with wardrobe space, and it's very quiet. Great, brightly WC and shower & bathtub! There is a dedicated super-fast WiFi connection for guests, secure for you, and a smart TV in the room receiving free view channels and Netflix, Youtube etc. (your own account required for Netflix). Guest access: The kitchen and living space is available to use unless I have friends round or need to use it myself. I like to chat, and, in the summer, the fabulous balcony is also there for you to make use of. Interaction with guests: Most of the time I will be in the flat because I am working from home but I will not disturb you. We offered you a good breakfast for only £7 per person. Request information about breakfast during the check in time. The flat provides good access to central London from Seven Sisters/ Tottenham Hale underground stations. Tube tunes every 3-5 minutes between Waltmstown and Brixton. In the apartment can fit easily 3 persons. 2 in the bedroom and one on the sofa bed from the living room. I can also provide you an aero bed!
