Lakeside Hotel with cosy pub area, brasserie & restaurant, Aquarium, steam railway, lake cruisers all 1 minute walk. Avoid the crowds, enjoy the real Lake District. We are in one of the most delightful locations of the Lakes - so peaceful, yet so convenient. Scenic short drive to Sawrey, Hawkshead, Grizedale Forest etc. No smoking and no pets, for the enjoyment of all our guests. Right in the heart of Beatrix Potter country! Lots of extras, Sky TV, selection of board/kids' games, DVD, CDs etc. Perfect for family holidays all year, real log fire and oil central heating.
