The Location is Very good as its less than 10 minutes walk to three Underground stations, 2mins away Seven Sisters (Victoria Line) and 10 mins away South Tottenham and Tottenham Hale Over ground The some of the benefits I've lived in the area for 3 years and still do. 15 minutes from Walthamstow wetlands Europe's largest urban wetland and abundant wildlife.
