Positive: It's just like the pictures. Clean, warm and spacious. Michelle who checked me in was very responsive with her communication. It is well equipped but could do even better. Good location. 25 minutes walk to the city centre or 4 mins to the bus stop that (bus no 6) can take you to the city centre and back. Love the free parking. City centre parking is expensive so I was glad for parking and connectivity.

Negative: The biggest problem is that the flat is accessed through a private front door on the ground floor and stairs lead straight into the first floor flat living space. There is no door separating the stairs. This was a huge safety concern for me as I have a very active 11 month old. I realised it only after I was physically there. Too late to change places. Although I can now see it in the pictures, it isn't that obvious when I was booking and not mentioned in the description either. No baby safety gate either so parents with young children think twice. I was okay with the accommodation not providing a cot and brought my own highchair too. But I spent the whole time preventing or picking my baby off the stairs. Minor stuff - no cutting board, no toilet brush(funny enough the holder was there) and (just my pet peeve) clock wasn't running-it annoyed me that there was a huge dead clock in the living space that kept messing with the time schedule in my head. The cups in the kitchen were dirty.
