Positive: The operator Rudi was very friendly, helpful, and easygoing and responded rapidly to any requests. Our air-conditioning was not working very well on our arrival. When we reported this to Rudi, he had it fixed ASAP the very next morning. Marco was also extremely helpful and always available despite having recent shoulder surgery. Arkoun tom tom❣️

Negative: The pool towels are different, but they did the job. l like a very firm bed, but our bed was not just firm it was hard. The pool was great!
