Summary: The glamping pod looked lovely and was very clean, as were the toilets & showers. I didn't see any staff until my last day when I was able to give feedback about there being no hot water in any of the hand basins in the ladies' washroom (although the showers were great). I also reported that the mattress was very uncomfortable with protruding springs and was assured that both defects would be rectified. I also mentioned that I found the site very dark once the sun had gone down, but it was only later that I realised why that was. Many of the lights installed around the field were not working and some were very faint compared to others. I connected to the free WiFi but wasn't able to access the internet for the whole of my stay due to a very weak/non-existent signal.
