Positive: Nearly 100 GBP a night may be expensive considering the area and the size / quality of the room, but warm full English breakfast justifies the price. Hospitality. The couple who operate the house are very nice. Attentive service at breakfast offering fresh toast to the guests. Suburban residential neibourfood with a nice contemporary pub, Tufnell Park Tavern 5 min. walk and several ethnic restaurants including two Ethiopians near the tube station.

Negative: The room was so small and just basic. Interesting to see how it will be renovated and what new rates they will offer. A bit of walk for 10 min. from Tufnell Park Tube if you have a big luggage. There are bus stops closer depending where you go.

Summary: A precious old style real BnB soon to go under renovation (end 2025)
