Size: sleeps 10 in 5 bedrooms Beds: 1 x King, 3 x Double beds and 2 Singles. Rooms: Kitchen, five bedrooms, games room, conservatory, three bathrooms and two cloakrooms. Kitchen: Hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Entertainment: TV and games room. Parking: One allocated private parking space. Access to the lift from the car park via two flights of stairs totalling 18 steps. General: WiFi, linen and towels provided. Please provide your own beach towels. Security deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £400, which is payable to Original Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay. Important notes: Property has a lift and there are 18 steps down from the car park to the lift.Enclosed beautiful garden with pond (please do not leave children unattended). Please note Bedroom 4 and 5 with double and two single beds has no window dressings. Balcony in the living are on the first floor will remain inaccessible for safety reasons. Slipway and steps leading down to the river. Please note this is open to the estuary with no guard rails as with the nature of a pontoon and slipway, unsuitable for unsupervised young children. The Pontoon is only accessible in summer months and in good weather conditions. Access with steps, lift also available leading onto the road so you can amble into Dartmouth at your leisure.
Please be aware that the property is accessed via a lift and there are approximately 18 steps from the car park to the lift. Due to the nature of the access to the property, we advise that this property is not suitable for small children and those with restricted mobility.
