Tonkin Cottage is a lovely one-bedroomed studio cottage on the Lambriggan Court estate. It is newly renovated and has a large living room/bedroom with king-sized bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and has granite work surfaces, while the spacious bathroom has a good quality, walk-in shower. The cottage is situated in a courtyard of Grade II listed barn conversions. There are eight acres of private grounds that include gardens, two lakes, woodland and paddocks. Beside one of the lakes there is a thatched summerhouse which is a perfect place to relax. You can walk directly from the cottage along a quiet green lane to a lovely local pub (25 minutes) or beach (40 minutes). We also provide free eggs from our ducks and hens. You can easily access most parts of Cornwall from the cottage. There are lovely beaches and delightful place to eat close by.
