The house opens onto a hallway with real wood flooring spread throughout. A magnificent living and dining area can be found through a door to the right where guests can relax in style. An animal rug is pinned down in the centre by a glass coffee table and encircled by two white sofas and a patterned chaise longue. The dining room follows on from here and is complete with a long wooden table and white chairs for up to six. Further in toward the rear end of the house is a compact yet immaculate kitchen fitted with cream units. It has all the best facilities including a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas hob and oven and fitted microwave. There is also a wooden table with chairs – so guests can enjoy a cup of tea at breakfast time! French doors lead out to the beautifully-designed paved garden which is lined with pretty and exotic plants and set up with outdoor furniture too so guests can take their evening drinks outside! On the first floor are three wonderful bedrooms. The first has a single-sized bed with a pretty white frame and a unique green wardrobe with transparent doors. There is a study desk near the window so guests can choose to plug in their computers and stay connected! The next room is very similar, with a single-sized bed and a study desk. It has the added feature of a fireplace as well as colourful chest of drawers and shelving space. The lovely master bedroom is located at the far end. It has a large King-sized bed and a big white sliding-door wardrobe as well as a study area. Towards the side windows which bring in lots of natural light, some comfy seating is arranged too. Just off the master bedroom is the family bathroom which has dark floor tiling and white fittings; a large tub with shower attachment. The loft encompasses the final bedroom which is a spacious and bright room with a large King-sized bed and a whole wall of integrated wardrobe space. There is a flat screen TV to enjoy as well as a study desk for the studious guest! The en suite bathroom is equipped with a tall walk-in shower, modern basin and WC finished in cream tiling.
