LIVING ROOM The living room offers a traditional fireplace, bookcases either side and a bay window. The room comprises a leather sofa and armchair, as well as a desk and television. SECOND RECEPTION ROOM This room is filled with many books and pictures, as well as a decorative fireplace. There is a sofa in green, which converts into a sofa bed to sleep 2 guests. An armchair and a desk with chair complete the space. KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM The kitchen is a country-style kitchen, with a Belfast sink and baby blue cupboards, as well as an Aga. It is fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay. Around the corner, is the dining area with a table and chairs, art on the walls and doors out to the garden. GARDEN The garden is charming, filled with ferns, flowers and other plants. There is an outdoor table and surrounding chairs, as well as a relaxation area with armchairs and a bench. The garden is large in size, complete with a lawn and at the end, a pond, tucked amongst the foliage. WC There is a WC and basin on the ground floor, for convenience. BATHROOM On the first floor, is the main bathroom with a bath in navy blue, a separate shower, a basin in sea green and a WC. Interesting tiles adorn the walls. UTILITY ROOM Next to the bathroom, is the utility room with a washing machine, with combined tumble dryer. MASTER BEDROOM The master bedroom offers a Super-King size bed, with bedside tables either side. The room is decorated in a bright yellow and includes a decorative, traditional fireplace, as well as a chest-of-drawers. Great artwork including a Kandinsky print adorns the walls. STUDY This will be locked to guests. SECOND BATHROOM On the top floor, is a further bathroom with colourful tiling. It is a wet-room style bathroom, with an open-shower, WC and basin. SECOND BEDROOM Also on the top floor, is the second bedroom, with patterned wallpaper adorned with birds, a comfortable double bed and doors out to the balcony. BALCONY The balcony offers a table and two chairs, as well as great views to the surrounding architecture. Pretty plants complete the space. FOURTH BEDROOM The final bedroom is brightly coloured, with a single bed, as well as exercise equipment. This room also includes a kitchenette, a table and chairs, as well as a television.
