Summary: No problems with the staff at all. Room was our main gripe - smallest we’ve ever stayed in. Shower room also tiny. No facility for breakfast but you can go into the adjoining cafe. No car parking but the car parks behind the Abbey are available if you risk a £100 fine..!! (Staff said nobody had received a fine in 7 years to their knowledge). So best for an overnight stop in my view..
