Positive: The furniture was very comfortable. I fell asleep in the armchair. The double bed was also very comfortable. Very prompt return of the deposit.

Negative: We chose the caravan because it advertised WiFi but it was very disappointing. There was only Internet late in the evening and morning. Across the afternoon and evening, there was no Internet. The shower hose in the bathroom was also broken and leaking, and it affected the pressure and temperature of the water coming out of the shower head. - There was a melted spatula and hairs in the cutlery drawer. - Hand and fingerprints on the fireplace, which our children actually spotted, which we cleaned off. - I also had to fix the kitchen window blind, because it came off its wall attachment. - I also had to replace a curtain hook in the double bedroom because there were missing hooks, causing light to come in, and it looked untidy. Also, not reading the small print we didn't realise we needed to bring bedding and since it was a last minute booking we couldn't give notice for bedding but the extra cost wouldn't make it cheaper. There was also a red spot on one of the pillows, which looked like red pen ink but could be mistaken for blood. In the end, after cleaning and vacuuming, we felt we might have left it in a better condition than how we found it. In summary, we were generally disappointed in the attention to detail around cleanliness and WiFi. Having WiFi is misleading in the advert because it was unstable or unavailable. Also, not providing bedding as standard is not a place we would ever use again. Final note: We told the company who managed the caravan and sent pictures on arrival. But they weren't able to help with the WiFi and made no comments about anything else. The WiFi is just an unreliable 4G setup, not satellite or anything advanced, I had better Internet on my mobile.
