As a self-catering holiday you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a full size fridge-freezer, a gas hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, and a microwave. There is also a television in the living room.
The caravan is a perfect place to relax.

- 4 bedrooms; 2 doubles and 2 compact twins. Sleeps 10 with the sofa bed.
- Decking to sit out on, so take foldable decking/lounge chairs with you.
- Double glazed and centrally heated.
- Full size fridge-freezer in kitchen.
- Plug sockets with USB chargers in each bedroom.
- Duvets/quilts and pillows provided.
-1 bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, plus a separate WC with toilet and sink.
- 2minute walk to Martello beach from original entrance to the park.
- 1 minute walk to the new entertainment and swimming complex (https://youtu.be/uVHNMy_frXg).
- Walton-on-Naze is nearby and Colchester Zoo is a 45 minute drive away.
- Pass prices for use of the swimming pool are attached with the photos. Passes are bought from Reception, which is open from 10am - 5pm weekdays, but confirm times yourself on arrival.
- As it is a self catering holiday, you will need to provide your own hairdryer, fitted sheets for the size bed(s) that you want to use, duvet/quilt covers for the size of bed(s) that you want to use, pillow cases, and towels for bathing and beach use.
- You will also need to provide your own food and drink, but there is a restaurant and small shop onsite. There are also quite a few take-aways nearby who deliver to the original entrance of the Park, by the shop, where you will have to go to collect. On your departure day, you will need to remove any remaining food/drink from cupboards and the fridge-freezer.
-, You also need to take your own toiletries, toilet paper, and paper kitchen towels.
- Heating, water, hob and oven use is by GAS. If the gas bottle outside the van runs out, I need to be informed AS SOON AS POSSIBLE as the Park deliver new bottles from 10am-4pm,but they need to be notified by 3pm,or you will have to wait until THE NEXT DAY for a bottle to be delivered. Until this time, heating, hot water and the hob and oven will NOT WORK. You do not need to wait at the caravan for a gas bottle to be delivered. Central heating should not be left on unnecessarily as this will contribute to the gas running out. Electricity in the caravan is fine.

There is a lot to do in the Park for the family including swimming, football pitch, kart hire and entertainment in the evenings such as bingo, karaoke etc. Clacton pier(CO151QX) is a 10min drive away or there is a bus stop outside the site that you can take a bus to/from(half-hourly or hourly, depending on the time of day). Clacton Pier was named Pier of the Year in 2020 by the National Piers Society. The pier hosts rides, ten-pin bowling, arcades, a seaquarium, golf and a soft-play centre – as well as numerous food, drink and retail outlets.
A Tesco supermarket is nearby (CO153TP) as well as a shop onsite for you to stock up on goods. A bar and restaurant is also on site, serving food from breakfast time. A launderette is onsite for you to do any necessary laundry, for this you need to obtain a laundry card from reception.

- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed in the caravan.
- Shoes are not permitted on carpeted areas of the caravan (Bedrooms).
- There is free parking on premises.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
