Well-stocked kitchen with all the cooking essentials and Cooking Equipment. You'll need all the cooking utensils, plates, pots, pans, cups & glasses available, and a large fridge/freezer.
A bathroom is situated in the hallway consisting of bath, toilet & sink and the other bathroom is in the bedroom as an ensuite with a bathtub, toilet & sink (Shower feature included)
A WC is also located on the ground floor.
Second bath main bathroom is on the upstairs floor
Third WC is the en-suite.
NOTE: We are not 24/7.
Our team is available from 9 am till 5 pm on Monday to Friday to receive phone calls for support, guest communication & assistance.
Weekends we are available via chat only.
We would require all guests to thoroughly read through their check-in instructions especially the Check-in instructions link with the password-protected page for all details on how to enter & pick up keys.
Should you wish to extend your stay, please do contact us ASAP, this is subject to availability. Contacting us 5 mins before your departure will incur a charge as this is very late. All extensions are subject to availability.
We offer late check-out till 12 pm max which is a paid extra, the usual check-out is 10 am. In order for us to comply with COVID-19 cleaning guidelines and cleaning measures, please check out on time so that we can prepare the apartment for the next guest.
It is very important that keys/fobs are returned to the same store from which you collected them. Failure to do so will result in a call out charge of £100 as they are essential for the running of the apartment & this can delay the next following guest and also affect their stay.
