Check in flexible time by yourself.

-built-in kitchen come along with the 2 doors fridge , microwave, toaster, boiler, blender, rice cooker, water purifier, dishes& plates are included.

- Shuttle bus free service every day 6 am - 9 pm from the main street to the building complex or you can walk, just 2-5 minutes.
Cleaning:
- Inside the room, before you checkin, it is clean using ozone generator 30 minutes to kill all germs and virus and clean with disinfectant, change a new bedsheet, quilt cover, pillow cases, doormats, dish cloth, and napkin.
- Outside the room, there have housekeepers to clean every floor at corridoors, elevators, doors, lobbys every day at least 2-3 times per day.
- Also, the housekeepers clean fitness equipments, playground equipments every day. At finess room, they use ozone generator every night after 10 pm.
Car park:
We can provide a free car park if you rent at least 1 month. Deposit 1000 Thb per car or motorbike. Full refund when return a car sticker and a car keycard.
For short term, the car park fee in the building will be charged by the landlord.

1) This place is a private residence, each room has their own propeties. So, there is no reception. I will provide check in instructions, so, you can check in by yourself any time. If you need help, please contact me directly.
2) If you check in earlier, before 6.30 am, or late after 9 pm, please do not make a loud noise.
3) Please do not smoke in any area in the building. If you want to smoke, please go out of the building, going to the sign smoking place. It is allow to smoke only the areas that have smoking sign. As Thai law, Finethb.
4) Please do not make a loud noise, especially after 10 pm.
5) Please take off your shoes before get into the room. In the room, there has a shoe rack. Please do not place your shoes in front of the room.

7) When the gabage is full, please tide the gabage bag and drop into the gabage room. If you check out, please drop all your gabages into a gabage room.
