A comfortable accommodation with a newly refurbished shower room, sleeping 4 people in 2 bedrooms, with an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area. The kitchen is newly fitted and well-equipped, there is a dining table and seating for 4 guests and a comfy L-shaped sofa to relax after a long day exploring all the Isle of Wight has to offer whilst watching the television. Patio doors allow an abundance of light in to the living area and provide easy access out to the private patio with wooden picnic bench for guests to have an early morning coffee whilst taking in the sea air, perhaps enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets or partake in some alfresco dining. Both bedrooms have large windows to allow the daylight to flow in. The property has parking for one small/medium sized vehicle to the rear of the property.
The site offers a children's play area, 9 hole pitch and putt, crazy golf, a football pitch and a grassed tennis court for guests to enjoy whilst staying. There are also wooden steps down from the site to the beach below, however restrictions may be in place at certain times fo the year.
